Step 3- Order Created

Once the manager sees the order and assigns it to staff, the system will send a reminder message to the client on the day before completion.
Step 4- Order Notification
On the delivery or pickup date, once the order has been processed, the manager will mark the order as completed. If the order is being delivered, the manager can mark it as “dispatched”, and the customer will receive notice that the order is on its way.
Step 5- Order Completion
